With over 15 years of production experience, we specialize in OEM and ODM projects, offering full-chain services including product design, mold development, precision machining, surface treatment, assembly, and quality inspection.
Our factory supports flexible customization and can also provide stable supply for long-term brand partners globally.
What materials do you use?
We primarily use high-quality 59 brass and SUS304 stainless steel to ensure strength, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
For specific structural or decorative components, zinc alloy may be used as an auxiliary material.
All materials are sourced from reliable suppliers and meet international standards such as ISO, SGS, and CE, ensuring safe water contact and consistent quality.
Do you have MOQ?
Yes.
For regular models that already have molds available, we support small-batch orders, making it easier for new brands or small distributors to start selling.For fully customized products, there will be a mold development cost and a minimum order quantity, depending on design complexity, materials, and production process.
We will evaluate your project and provide the most cost-efficient solution.
What is your delivery time?
Standard models: Usually 25–30 days, depending on order quantity.
Customized models: Delivery time varies according to the mold development, surface finishing, and material requirements.
