Material & Quality
What materials do you use for the faucet body?
Core components are made from 59 brass or SUS304 stainless steel, depending on the model. Zinc alloy is only used for handles or auxiliary parts if requested by the customer.
How do you ensure the quality of your faucets?
We follow a strict QC system: IQC → IPQC → FQC → OQC.
Every faucet undergoes leak test, air pressure test, appearance inspection, and functional testing before packaging.
What cartridges do you use?
We use 35mm / 40mm ceramic cartridges, compatible with international standards. Options include Chinese premium cartridges or imported brands depending on customer requirements.
Are your surface finishes durable?
Yes. Our faucets are tested for 1.6–2.0MPa static pressure, which meets common requirements for overseas markets.
